From The New York Times:
On Wednesday, after a deadly shooting at an elementary school in Uvalde, Texas, prices for major gun stocks gained momentum in early trading, following a subdued start. In afternoon trading, Smith & Wesson was up more than 7 percent, Sturm Ruger rose about 5 percent and Vista Outdoor gained nearly 9 percent.
The RNA and others in the gun industry always has a gain in their profits after a mass shooting. I don’t know how they sleep at night.

What better measure of the true nature of our country than to see Smith & Wesson stock rise after a mass shooting. We should be ashamed.

People think they’re going to “take their guns away” so they go out and buy more. Insane.

I have a nephew and his son who have a collection of guns. Thankfully, they keep them under lock and key in a gun safe. My next door neighbor posted that she had a new ‘friend’ — a 9mm Glock! No thank you.
